Good - not sure this would last your full 2 minutes. Imagine that you will need to continue with your protagonist running through the streets and then a chase beginning - which would give you some great opportunities to film a chase sequence? I like the fact that you just suggest that they have fled from the window 0- you don't need the detail of them climbing down etc.
Overal, this is a start but you have a lot still left to do.
1. You will need to extend your opening - not enough here for 2 mins, so plan for a chase a swell 2. Your min planning post is very underdeveloped - each aspect should be a separate post. Research into each aspect and consider how you will plan to get each of these.
